Community Impact

Several times a year we reach out into our community through acts of kindness, bringing hope to hopeless and help to those in need.

Garage Share: In the spring, TDP Members are encouraged to bring new and slightly used items to the Church and we share them with those in need.

School Supplies: Each summer we collect school supplies and backpacks to help children in our community who are in need, to be properly prepared for school.

Do Good Girls: during the summer months girls middle school through college use their time wisely . . . participating in various opportunities to bring hope to others. As they serve in women's shelters, local food pantry, and paint fingernails in the nursing home they are displaying God's love while doing the good works of Jesus.

Operation Christmas Child: not only do we particpate in collection of shoeboxes for needy children but TDP proudly hosts as the collection sight for OCC in our community.

Halloween Outreach: each year on Halloween we join together in a neighborhood in our community with lots of games, prizes, candy and fun . . . reaching out to children and families, giving them the message of good news and hope.

Black Friday: as shoppers wait in long lines in cold weather, we are serving them coffee and hot chocolate while sharing His Love.
